The 31st Saló de la Infància i la Joventut d’Andorra will run from 27 to 30 December in Encamp and from 2 to 4 January in El Pas de la Casa. One of this year’s main additions is a 7D cinematic cabin installed outdoors at the Encamp site, offering an immersive five‑minute 3D film enhanced by physical and sensory effects — vibrations, aromas, lights, air, smoke, water and tactile sensations — designed to make viewers feel inside the action, according to Joan Sans, Encamp’s councillor for Culture, Childhood and Youth.

Innovation and new technologies remain a focus for organisers. Artificial intelligence will feature in two activities: a videocall workshop where young people can create 360‑degree videos, and an AI‑enhanced photobooth. A virtual reality area is also part of the programme.

The edition will include two family closing shows, one at each venue. Traditional and recurring attractions are retained, such as inflatables, workshops, itinerant entertainment, a dedicated baby area with new sensory games, and an arcade zone aimed at encouraging intergenerational play between parents and children.

The fair will be open every afternoon from 16:00 to 21:00. Single‑visit admission is €6; season passes are available for €20 for all four days in Encamp and €15 for the three days in El Pas de la Casa. Organisers say the event’s cost is around €165,000, a figure similar to last year’s budget.

Andorra Turisme, which has supported the fair since 2014, will back this edition again. Tourism Minister Jordi Torres highlighted the event’s value for visiting families and its role in promoting Andorra’s tourist offering and attention to children during the festive season.
