Andorran singer Clàudia Torrent, known by her stage name Sisi Bon, is preparing an EP to release single by single after her recent stint on the Spanish TV show *La Voz*. The Encamp native gained significant exposure during the blind auditions when coach Malú blocked other judges, propelling her into the spotlight despite a short run on the programme.

Now managed by Brian Cross and signed to Live Nation—the global promoter behind tours for artists like Coldplay, Rihanna and Lady Gaga—Torrent credits her family’s musical heritage for her start. Her grandfather played in village orchestras as a hobby, fostering a home filled with music. From age three, she sang and danced, later training at Encamp’s music school and with the Petits Cantors choir. Key mentors included Susanne Georgi from age nine and Nina from *Operación Triunfo* in Sant Cugat, followed by studies in London.

After earning a business administration degree and banking work, the Covid pandemic sparked a shift. Returning to England—where she had auditioned at 17 for *Teen Star*, a precursor to *The X Factor*—she pursued a diploma in composition and a master’s in popular music practice. Her debut single, *Hey Mr Stranger*, emerged in 2024 from her final project. She performed in London venues like Notting Hill Arts Club, Camden and Soho, building a network amid the city’s live music scene.

Influenced by Aretha Franklin, Nina Simone and neo-soul acts like Jacob Banks and Georgia Smith, Torrent blends jazz, soul and groove with pop accessibility. “I want my music to reach people, but it must keep that jazz and soul essence,” she said. Self-taught on piano and now learning guitar and drums at places like Coco Comín’s academy, she trained her voice through church music, private lessons and relentless practice.

Grateful to her parents for their support, the self-described “fire” personality—intense and eccentric—overcame self-doubt about public opinion during her London years. She has auditioned persistently since age nine, including multiple *La Voz* attempts and TV3’s *Eufòria*. Looking ahead, she eyes 2026 or 2027 as her breakout year. “You only achieve what you pursue,” she affirmed.
