The second edition of Andorra's School Entrepreneurship Day nearly doubled student participation to 50, with 20 projects showcased on sustainability, technology, social innovation, and design themes.
Hosted by the Ministry of Institutional Relations, Education and Universities alongside Andorra Recerca + Innovació (AR+I), the event brought together all eight centres in the Network of Entrepreneurial and Innovative Schools. Held in March to boost involvement, it built on last year's 29 students and 12 projects under the motto "Un somni gran" (Dream Big). Participants addressed real-world challenges through time-constrained entrepreneurial methods, bridging classroom lessons with practical issues.
State Secretary for Education and Universities Josep Anton Bardina described the network as "key to strengthening entrepreneurship in the education system." He emphasised its role in developing creative, critical, and engaged youth.
Highlights included Ecopirineu from EASE d'Ordino, proposing a renewable energy consultancy firm; an architectural innovation project from EASE de Santa Coloma for a leisure space design; and Level Up from CFP Aixovall—the winner of Tàndem 2026—which offered improvements for beginner skiers.
The event wrapped up with a presentation by Andorra resident Òscar Araujo, titled "The boy who fulfilled all his dreams." The composer recounted his global career in video games, film, and advertising, including collaborations with major studios and brands, recordings at Abbey Road with top orchestras, and an Oscar pre-selection for Best Original Song.
