Ordino parish council has secured the full use of the Prat de Vilella car park for at least another five years after reaching an agreement with all the landowners of the site, located at the southern entrance to the village.

The deal was ratified during this afternoon's council session, where members approved a €24,000 credit supplement to cover increased rental contract costs and other parking-related expenses. For this year, Ordino is allocating €137,000 from its budget to fund leases on private land hosting communal car parks.

Cònsol Major Maria del Mar Coma highlighted ongoing infrastructure improvements, noting that the new Plana dels Camps car park—with space for around 100 vehicles—will be completed by the end of the year.
