Twenty-five percent of ticket revenue from the Audi Ski World Cup Andorra 2026 will go to the Andorran Association of Transplant Recipients and Donors (ATIDA) to fund a public awareness campaign on organ donation.
ATIDA announced the agreement with event organisers, with vice-president Jaume Boneta welcoming the partnership with Grandvalira. He noted that the funds would enable a citizen sensitisation drive to promote organ donation. The association, which has around 100 members, seeks to raise awareness across the Principat. Boneta highlighted that about 10 people are currently on the organ waiting list in Andorra, where donations remain restricted to bone marrow and corneas. The group is working with the government to expand regulations, aiming for a transplant law by 2027 that would enable initial procedures in the country.
Víctor Torres, the event's corporate social responsibility lead, described it as "a sports project, but also one with a firm social commitment." He pointed out that for several seasons, portions of World Cup ticket proceeds have supported local organisations, such as Special Olympics in 2024.
The races will take place on the Àliga piste in El Tarter. Day passes cost €10 for access to stands at the piste base on Saturday and Sunday, available via the official event website. Children up to 12 enter free: those aged 0-3 need no reservation, while 3-12-year-olds must book seats.
