Grandvalira Resorts has partnered with Uber, designating the ride-hailing company as its official Mobility Partner for the 2026-2027 ski season.
The agreement aims to streamline access to the ski stations in Soldeu and El Tarter while improving visitor mobility via the Uber app. The two organisations will establish dedicated pick-up and drop-off zones at key locations, along with custom signage to guide skiers and guests during arrivals and departures.
David Hidalgo, director of Grandvalira Resorts, described the deal as introducing a 24-hour service fully available to all customers, complete with reserved spaces in the station's most important areas. He highlighted its role in promoting collective transport and enhancing safety, particularly after skiing, by discouraging people from driving when they should not. "It's a modern service with maximum availability thanks to the app," he added.
A key feature of the collaboration is Uber Ski, a new product enabling users to book rides between Barcelona and Grandvalira, as well as within Andorra. The service will integrate directly with Grandvalira's official portal, allowing customers to purchase ski passes through the Uber mobile app at the same time as arranging transport.
