The Andorran government has approved new toll rates for the Envalira tunnel starting 1 January 2026, with increases ranging from 2% to 2.5% across all vehicle categories. Túnel d’Envalira S.A., the concessionaire, submitted the proposal based on the contract's automatic indexation formula, which uses October year-on-year consumer price indices from Andorra (2.70%), Spain (3.10%) and France (0.90%).

Light vehicles (class 1), including those with trailers, will cost €8.10, up €0.20 from €7.90 (+2.53%). Intermediate vehicles like vans (class 2) rise to €14.20 from €13.90 (+€0.30, +2.16%). Heavy goods vehicles and coaches (class 3) move to €16.30 from €15.90 (+€0.40, +2.52%), while larger or multi-axle vehicles (class 4) increase to €20.30 from €19.90 (+€0.40, +2.01%). Two- or three-wheeled vehicles (class 5), such as motorcycles and sidecars, will pay €4.80, up €0.10 from €4.70 (+2.13%).

The government has also extended the administrative agreement on tariff reductions through 2030. A 50% discount remains in place for Pas de la Casa residents and workers, Andorran passenger transport firms running regular lines with both origin and destination inside the country, and freight companies with their primary base in Pas de la Casa.

As before, the tunnel will stay free when the Envalira pass closes due to weather conditions.
