Creand launches Andorra Open Valley accelerator with Plug and Play

Creand Crèdit Andorrà has presented Andorra Open Valley, a new international acceleration programme launched through its Creand Accelera platform in collaboration with Plug and Play TC. The initiative aims to connect leading Andorran companies with high‑potential European start‑ups to co‑create solutions that have tangible impact in Andorra.

Over three years Andorra Open Valley will accelerate 30 start‑ups, promoting open innovation, knowledge transfer and collaboration between the local business community and the broader European entrepreneurial ecosystem. Each edition will run for six months in a hybrid format, mixing in‑person events in Andorra with online sessions to validate business models, develop pilots and provide mentorship from senior experts.

Selected start‑ups will have the opportunity to work directly with prominent Andorran companies, increase international visibility and access investment opportunities. In the first edition corporate partners include SETAP 365, Caldea and Creand, which have proposed challenges in areas such as digitalisation, efficient resource management and customer experience.

Specific challenges for the inaugural year include improving financial and asset reporting, designing products for the silver generation, enhancing customer security and authentication, demand forecasting and resource optimisation, implementing digital twins for decision‑making, and managing seasonality.

Registrations open on 25 November 2025 and will remain open until 16 January 2026. After selection, the acceleration programme will begin on 23 February 2026 and conclude with a Demo Day. Plug and Play brings global experience in open innovation and start‑up acceleration to connect the programme with an international ecosystem.
