The signing took place on Monday in Andorra la Vella, with AGIA president Gerard Casellas, vice-president Sandra Cano, and Andtropia projects head Mercè Miguel Millán in attendance. Their involvement highlights the real estate college's board commitment to expanded civic participation.

Andtropia, which structures and manages philanthropic initiatives in the Principat, will partner with AGIA to identify suitable causes, provide visibility, and oversee projects with proven impact. The organization acts as a bridge between funders and initiatives, offering technical support to NGOs focused on vulnerable groups. It selects efforts based on viability, clear goals, and measurable outcomes.

Through this alliance, AGIA aims to move beyond its core property sector activities and contribute to broader societal welfare. The agreement opens doors for joint work on multiple philanthropic efforts over the coming year, helping build a more supportive, equitable, and sustainable Andorra.
