INH Opens Applications for 38 Affordable Apartments in Arinsal Ski-Park

The Institut Nacional de l'Habitatge (INH) has opened applications for 38 affordable rental apartments in block 2 of the Ribasol Ski-Park residential complex in Arinsal, La Massana parish.

The units, fully renovated and newly painted, range in size from 37 to 85 square metres. Monthly rents start at 298 euros for the smallest—such as a 37.49-square-metre apartment—and reach up to 678 euros for the largest, at 85.35 square metres. Prices depend on each unit's size and features. Smaller apartments typically include a living-dining area with kitchen-bedroom, bathroom and terrace. Larger ones offer two bedrooms, living-dining area with integrated kitchen, bathroom and hallway. Each comes with an assigned storage room that cannot be rented separately, unfurnished kitchens equipped only with ceramic hob, oven and extractor hood, and access to the building's lift.

Of the 31 underground parking spaces, up to 19 will be allocated during this phase to block 2 tenants with vehicles, at 80 euros per month. This fee is adjustable annually based on consumer price index changes. Remaining spaces go first to block 1 tenants, then—after both blocks are assigned—to Ribasol Ski-Park residents or Arinsal locals via public offers.

Eligibility requires registration in the affordable housing applicants' list before 28 April. The application window runs from 28 April to 12 May.

Rents may adjust if they exceed 30% of a household's income: the approved affordable rate rises to that level, capped at 25% below market price. Qualifying households can also apply for rental assistance.
