Andorra Business Celebrates 15 Companies Completing Sixth Growth Programme

Andorra Business celebrated the conclusion of its sixth Growth Programme edition on Tuesday, as 15 Andorran companies finished an intensive 29-week process aimed at strengthening their competitiveness and professional development.

The firms completed business diagnostics, pitch preparation, specialised mentoring, and strategic training in areas including marketing, finance, sales, internationalisation, and business leadership. Participants received more than 70 hours of expert input, comprising 40 hours of individual mentoring, 30 hours of group sessions, and supplementary workshops.

Economy, Presidency, Employment and Housing Minister Conxita Marsol, who chairs Andorra Business, commended the companies' commitment to continuous improvement. She stated that when businesses grow, the country advances through expanded opportunities, employment, innovation, and a more diversified economy equipped for future demands. Marsol also acknowledged the participants' investment of time and resources to boost competitiveness and value creation, thanking the mentors, experts, and Andorra Business staff.

Andorra Business director Judit Hidalgo said the programme provides specialised support and practical tools to help firms consolidate projects, expand operations, and pursue internationalisation with greater confidence, while aiding national economic diversification.

The graduating companies are NP Technology, Autèntic Cal Fontana, Kissos, Limbo, Prod, Institut Educa NG, Bàrbara Caballol, Progdev, A Prop Sistemes d’Informació, Global HR, ABC Assessors i Consultors, Esponsorama, Playback, Fustes i Derivats, and SisèGrau. Each successfully navigated the programme's phases, concluding a focused period of strategic growth.

Since its inception, the Growth Programme has assisted nearly 100 local businesses, bolstering the entrepreneurial ecosystem and creating international pathways. Officials noted during the event that the seventh edition is already underway, with selected participants to be announced shortly.
