The free service offers personalized support for startups and established businesses across key operational areas. Queries on labour, tax and legal issues led with 33.5% of cases, followed by administrative procedures at 22.2% and requirements for new ventures at 13.2%.

Foreign investment drew 27 inquiries, while 16 focused on opening retail outlets. CCIS data reveals that most demands center on complying with legal and administrative rules, resolving tax and employment concerns, and supporting new business launches.
