Apartment rental prices in Andorra averaged €3,165.47 per month in the fourth quarter of 2025, marking a slight 0.08% drop from €3,168.26 in the third quarter. This figure, drawn from 107 listings on Pisos.ad with an average size of 120.82 square metres, stayed above the €2,929.75 recorded in the first quarter. The median rent fell to €2,600 from €2,800 earlier in the year, while the price per square metre reached €26.20, up from €23.41 in Q1 but down from €27.76 in Q3—for an approximate 20% yearly rise.
Andorra la Vella topped parish averages at €3,853 across 41 listings averaging 136.34 square metres. Escaldes-Engordany followed with €3,363 for 26 units (122.65 square metres), Ordino at €2,685 (129.43 square metres, seven units), and La Massana at €2,528 (127.40 square metres, 15 units). Canillo averaged €2,322 (86.91 square metres, 11 units), Sant Julià de Lòria €1,800 (64 square metres, one unit), and Encamp €1,533 (52 square metres, six units).
