The scheme is open to projects promoted by young people aged 16 to 35 who can demonstrate legal, effective and permanent residence in the Principality, as well as to associations or civic non-profit entities legally constituted in Andorra that present projects aimed at young people and pursue general interest and social benefit.

According to the Government, the subsidies aim to foster young people’s entrepreneurial spirit and promote youth associational activity. Participants in the initiative also received entrepreneurial education training delivered by Andorra Business.
