Andorra Telecom has launched eSIM Andorra, a digital SIM service aimed at visitors that lets phones connect to 4G and 5G across the country without a physical card. The service is designed for short stays—the company cites an average tourist visit of three to four days—and responds to industry data showing more than 80% of travellers consider staying connected essential.

Customers activate the service through esimandorra.ad. After checking device compatibility and completing the purchase, users receive a QR code to install the eSIM. The profile can be loaded before travel or upon arrival; it is set to activate automatically when the device enters Andorra.

Plans are structured by duration and data allowance: 2 GB for one day at €4.95, 10 GB for three days at €6.95, 25 GB for seven days at €19.95, and 100 GB for fifteen days at €45.95. Andorra Telecom says the offering allows visitors to use maps, book activities, and run messaging apps without changing their phone number.

The operator says the service provides quick, simple activation and is compatible with most current eSIM-capable devices. For travellers whose phones do not support eSIM, physical SIM cards remain available at authorised retail points around the country.

With the launch, Andorra Telecom aims to simplify tourist connectivity and improve the visitor experience by combining remote installation with immediate coverage on entry to the territory.
