The monthly rise was driven mainly by a rebound in tobacco imports. Tobacco-related receipts for November reached €8,613,569.63, up 193.7% from roughly €2.9 million a year earlier. Despite the sharp monthly gain, tobacco revenues for the year stand at €82,518,302.93, 23% below the €107.2 million posted through November 2024 but 7.9% higher than the comparable period in 2023.

November’s figures point to a gradual recovery in import-driven revenues, led by tobacco, though cumulative collections through November remain below last year’s totals.
