Monday, the flexible office network, plans to open its second Andorran location, Monday Carlemany, in early 2026 to address surging demand for hybrid workspaces.

Located at Carrer Paraires 8 in Escaldes-Engordany, next to the Illa Carlemany shopping centre and just one minute from the existing Monday Escaldes site, the 1,500 sqm space will span two floors and host up to 190 users. It will offer fully equipped private offices, meeting rooms, communal areas, and services tailored to startups and established companies, plus a gym, changing rooms, and a podcast studio.

The expansion builds on the full occupancy of Monday's first Andorran centre at Avinguda de les Nacions Unides 40. Xavi Bassons, co-founder and CEO, said the new site would expand offerings for the principality's growing business community. "After the success of our first space... we will inaugurate this new location to respond to rising demand and the need for more room," he noted. Bassons added that Andorra's expanding entrepreneurial ecosystem, with strong local and international talent, positions Monday Carlemany as a key meeting point for professionals and firms of all sizes.

In September, Monday signed a collaboration agreement with Andorra Business under the Andorra Impulsa by Monday programme. This monthly initiative provides advisory resources and support for business creation and growth, open to all Monday coworkers.

All Monday centres feature 24/7 access, curated design, active networking events, and personalised service. Users can choose from hot desks, fixed desks, private offices, or full floors, with options for daily, weekly, or monthly vouchers. Members gain free access to the network's sites across Spain, Andorra, and Lisbon.

Founded in Barcelona in 2018, Monday operates 13 spaces with around 4,000 users, including one in Andorra since 2023.
