The 19th edition of *Andorra a Taula* concluded successfully after running from 8 to 30 November 2025, with 33 restaurants across the Principality offering tasting menus priced between €35 and €70—most under €50—that emphasised seasonal, local ingredients and autumn cuisine.
Organised by the Unió Hotelera d’Andorra (UHA), the event combined traditional and innovative dishes, typically including an aperitif, one or two starters, a main course (or more in some cases), dessert, and pairings. It gained greater territorial coverage this year by incorporating new venues, achieving balanced participation across parishes and a wider variety of options compared to the previous edition, as noted in the UHA's post-event assessment.
The initiative drew strong turnout from locals and visitors, boosting activity in tourism, retail, hospitality, and restaurants. The UHA praised the commitment of participating establishments and highlighted the event's role in showcasing Andorran gastronomy's quality, creativity, and diversity, while serving as a vital driver for the restaurant and hotel sectors.
Sponsors featured the new addition of 18/70 beer through IDPA—Heineken's exclusive distributor in Andorra—for menu pairings, alongside MoraBanc and Andorra Turisme, which enhanced promotion and reach.
Building on this positive outcome, the UHA has scheduled the 20th edition—the event's anniversary—from 1 to 30 November 2026, retaining the established format, sponsors, and institutional backing to further cement its place in Andorra's gastronomic calendar.
