The Andorra la Vella Conservatory has unveiled its Spring Cycle 2026, featuring 11 music, dance, and interdisciplinary events from 19 April through late June, succeeding the winter programme.

The series begins on 19 April at Teatre Comunal with a performance by the Accordion Ensemble, an internationally acclaimed group recently recognised at the Arrasate Hiria Festival. It emphasises networking through events on 25 and 26 April, where the conservatory hosts guitar and band concerts from Catalan music schools including those in Granollers, Sabadell, and Vic.

Cultural engagement continues on 29 April with *Dansem!* in Plaça Guillemó, merging traditional music and dances led by Esbart d’Andorra la Vella, with opportunities for public involvement to share local heritage. Student-focused activities include mid-level recitals on 9 May and 15 June, the children’s cantata *El nen enamorat de la lluna* on 17 May in partnership with the local theatre and dance classroom, and a new music concert on 17 June examining technology’s role in sound production.

The programme concludes with an end-of-term gathering on 21 June in Plaça del Poble and a performance of Vivaldi’s *Gloria* on 27 June at Sant Esteve church, involving students, professionals, Orquestra Adagio, and Coral Croscat.

Director Jordi Sabata highlighted the cycle’s aim to bring music into public spaces and strengthen community ties. He portrayed it as evidence of a lively institution exchanging knowledge and emotions with society, merging educational standards with efforts to make Andorra la Vella a dynamic cultural hub where student achievements benefit all residents, in line with priorities set by local authorities.
