Sant Jordi Fair Returns to Andorra la Vella's Plaça del Poble with 60 Stalls

The Sant Jordi Fair will return to Plaça del Poble in Andorra la Vella on 23 April, running from 10am to 8pm with 60 stalls and a reorganized layout across three areas.
Organized by the Comú d’Andorra la Vella, the event highlights the parish’s commitment to promoting reading and local culture. Recent renovations to the square have enabled the new setup: entities and craft stalls near the Plaça Vinyes stage; schools and other organizations in the central area; and the main zone for bookshops, florists, and traditional book and rose sales.
Participation has grown from the previous year, with stalls from institutions, educational centres, cultural groups, and vendors. Around 30 authors will sign books in two sessions, from noon to 2pm and 2pm to 6pm, to connect writers directly with readers and showcase nearby literary talent.
Related cultural activities begin the evening before, on 22 April. At 8pm, the 29th Miquel Martí i Pol poetry contest awards will take place at the Centre Cultural La Llacuna’s assembly hall, followed at 8.30pm by a poetic musical recital featuring Més Tuc de Neu with Guillem Pérez Casals.
The fair also has support from the Andorran Government.
