Andorra Turisme has renewed contracts totaling €271,953 to secure key logistics for Cirque du Soleil's *Ràdio Andorra* show, scheduled for 22 performances from July 3 to August 2 at the Prada Casadet bus park.

The public company extended four agreements originally awarded in 2023 and 2024, with three including options through 2027 or 2028. These cover tent rental from MG Produccions for €38,500; air conditioning for the main and annex tents by Mauco for €96,236; travel arrangements for artists and technical staff via Viatges Emocions for €107,217; and non-emergency medical services from Ambulàncies del Pirineu for €30,000. Contracts for site security and artist accommodation are still pending.

These costs fall outside the €2.88 million fee—nearing €3 million—paid to the Canadian company under its core contract. Andorra Turisme's overall budget for the event reaches €4.7 million, covering additional operations such as tent installation, venue security, staff salaries, and support for the Cirque du Soleil team. This includes flights, per diems, and lodging for performers, technicians, directors, and executives, with directors staying in five-star hotels. Coverage extends to pre-performance rehearsals and throughout July, plus on-demand medical care as needed.

The society, led by director Betim Budzaku, handles these expenses to ensure the production runs smoothly and attracts visitors during Andorra's typically slow summer month. Site preparations, including setup, will start weeks in advance.

Revenue from paid ticket sales, on-site catering, and merchandise is expected to offset part of the outlay, as noted during the recent event launch.
