The Skål Club of Andorra has opened entries for its contest marking the 28th World Tourism Day, an initiative open to all that rewards the most compelling entry with a weekend stay in the Principat.
Participants need only visit any tourist office, scan the QR code on the event poster, complete a form and explain in a few words why they would recommend Andorra as a travel destination. A jury will select the standout responses based on originality and persuasiveness.
The winning entry earns a package for two people, including one night in a hotel, Caldea admission, a tasting lunch or dinner, a set of Naturland activities and ski passes. This edition's main update ties the prize to the World Tourism Day weekend itself, 26 and 27 September, to coincide with nationwide events.
Submissions close 15 September, with the winner revealed 17 September. The prize will be presented at the public event in Plaça de la Germandat, Sant Julià de Lòria.
The contest forms part of the Skål Club's annual programme to honour tourism professionals and highlight the sector's role in Andorra's economic, social and cultural growth. It encourages residents and visitors alike to join the celebrations and share what makes the Principat a top destination.
