Canillo Parish Hosts Free Open Doors Day to Ice Rink, Bridge and Viewpoint on May 17

Canillo parish will hold a special open doors day on May 17, offering residents free access to the Palau de Gel ice rink, Pont Tibetà bridge, and Mirador del Roc del Quer viewpoint.

Organised by the Canillo commune, the event aims to bring locals closer to these landmark facilities and attractions, encouraging greater awareness and involvement. Tickets for the Pont Tibetà and Mirador del Roc del Quer will be available from May 15 at the Canillo Tourist Office, requiring proof of residency or Andorran nationality. Access to the Palau de Gel will be available directly at the venue's reception.

All tickets are free for eligible residents, but places are limited, so organisers urge people to collect them early. The initiative is exclusively for residents and seeks to strengthen community ties with popular tourist and leisure spots in the parish.

Sira Puig, director of Palau de Gel and Canillo Tourist Services, described the day as "a unique opportunity to rediscover these spaces in an open and accessible atmosphere for everyone."
