The Comú d’Encamp has opened a public tender, announced in the Official Bulletin of the Principality of Andorra (BOPA), to award the provision of shows and activities for the 2026 Carnival in Encamp and Pas de la Casa. The tender is national and aimed at companies able to present artistic and entertainment proposals suited to the Carnival celebrations.
Interested companies must submit their offers electronically by 17:00 on 13 January 2026. The electronic opening of bids will take place via the same platform on 16 January 2026 at 10:00.
The competition covers the supply and organisation of spectacles and activities linked to one of Encamp’s main annual events.
