Miguel Bosé has accelerated plans to relocate from Mexico to Andorra, aiming to settle into his new home before the start of summer. The Spanish singer has secured a chalet rental in the Guem urbanisation of Escaldes-Engordany, with a monthly cost exceeding €10,000, local sources report.

Following the end of his latest tour, Bosé prioritised a swift move to ensure a smooth transition for his four sons, all of whom now have places at Agora International School in L'Aldosa, La Massana. The two younger boys, born via surrogacy during his relationship with sculptor Nacho Palau, were enrolled months ago and live with the singer in Mexico. Sources indicate Palau is aware of the family arrangements amid ongoing coordination.

The property, known formally as Xalet Esclop in records but marked "Four Oaks Grange" on its facade, suits Bosé's emphasis on privacy and security after robberies in Mexico. Surrounded by trees and shrubs, it requires only minor additional fencing, which communal authorities are likely to approve. Neither the newest nor most opulent in the area, the chalet belongs to an Anglo-Indian owner with UAE links and past interests in organic agriculture. The abroad-based owners, who had considered selling, cleared it out for Bosé to furnish as needed under a standard urban lease.

During intensive visits weeks ago, Bosé and advisors scouted options including properties in Sispony and near Sant Ermengol school in Andorra la Vella. Guem won out for its discreet northern-valley location, balancing seclusion, storage space for his belongings, fiscal benefits, and proximity to Spain for family ties. The neighbourhood blends affluent locals, long-term residents and recent high-profile arrivals.
