The contribution covers a quarter of the €100,000 total budget for the project, which falls under the programme's Bronze sponsorship category. The work forms part of the council's broader remodelling and beautification of the two pedestrian routes, intended to add vegetation to built-up areas and improve the landscape.
MoraBanc becomes the third company to join the Green Impulse Programme, bringing total approved private contributions to €120,000 for environmental improvement projects in the parish.
Major Councillor Sergi González stressed the value of bringing more Andorran companies into the scheme, describing the programme as an example of the council's efforts to build partnerships with businesses so that sustainability commitments translate into visible measures benefiting residents.
Mireia Maestre, MoraBanc's director of ESG and institutional relations, said the bank was committed to backing projects that benefit Andorran society and was ready to work with public institutions. She said the upgrade of the two passageways would benefit the parish, the country and everyone living and working in the area.
