Andorra's Health Minister Helena Mas has announced that free vaccinations for adults are now available as part of the country's updated 2024 vaccination calendar.
In a video posted on social media, Mas stated that from 1 March, adults can receive the scheduled vaccines at primary care centres without needing a doctor's prescription. The initiative aims to prevent diseases, curb transmission and safeguard the population.
"This completes the full cycle of lifelong immunisation, from children to older adults, in addition to the annual flu and Covid campaigns," Mas added.
The rollout marks a key step in broadening access to routine vaccinations, ensuring coverage across all age groups through Andorra's public health system.
