Xavier Cañada Resumes Parish Visits in Andorra from June 8

Xavier Cañada, the Citizen's Mediator, will resume territorial visits across Andorra's parishes starting 8 June, aiming to bring the institution closer to residents and provide direct, personalised support.

The sessions, running through 11 June, will cover all seven parishes. Residents can raise queries, complaints or suggestions about public administration actions and receive guidance on protecting their rights. Cañada emphasised that direct engagement helps grasp public concerns and promotes a more accessible, open and protective administration.

He also noted the visits reach those facing work, personal or mobility barriers to visiting the office in person.

The schedule begins 8 June in Sant Julià de Lòria from 09:00 to 11:00 at the Casa Comuna, followed by Escaldes-Engordany from 11:30 to 13:30 at its Casa Comuna. On 9 June, the Massana session runs from 11:30 to 13:30 at the Sala de l'Indret.

The following day, 10 June, features Encamp from 09:00 to 11:00 at the Casa Comuna, then Pas de la Casa from 12:00 to 14:00 at the Encamp commune's tràmits service.

The tour ends 11 June with Ordino from 09:00 to 11:00 at the Casa de la Muntanya, and Canillo from 17:00 to 19:00 at the Telecabina library.
