The Andorran Social Security Fund (CASS) Board of Directors has approved the adaptation of its governing law to a certified Easy Read model, aiming to make complex legal content more understandable for affiliates.

An accredited external firm developed the document, which simplifies structure and vocabulary without compromising legal precision. It is not a literal translation but a customized version now freely available on the CASS website.

CASS described the initiative as a significant advance in cognitive accessibility. The organization has applied Easy Read formatting to invalidity pension resolutions since 2025, with internal data showing marked improvements in public comprehension of those notices.

During the same meeting, the board awarded a contract for external occupational safety and health risk prevention services to Mutuand - Mensan, SL. It also authorized a national public tender to hire specialized professionals for a data protection impact assessment across the institution.
