Police in Andorra arrested a 26-year-old driver late Wednesday after a single-vehicle crash at the Prat Salit roundabout in Santa Coloma injured two female passengers.
The accident took place at 9:16pm near kilometre marker 2.950 on the General 1 road, which passes through Santa Coloma and Andorra la Vella. The driver, behind the wheel of an Andorra-registered car, was the sole vehicle involved.
