Andorra is experiencing its first spring-like warmth of the year, with temperatures three degrees above seasonal averages today and highs forecast to reach 21-22°C in Andorra la Vella tomorrow. At 1,500 metres, maximums will exceed 18°C, while Pas de la Casa stays cooler at around 8°C.
