Two Bar Fights in Andorra la Vella Leave Men with Minor Injuries

Police in Andorra la Vella responded to two separate bar disputes on Thursday afternoon, one of which left two men with minor injuries.

The first incident occurred around 2pm on Carrer de la Sardana in the Prada Ramon area. Officers dispatched three patrol cars after receiving multiple calls about shouts, insults, and shoves involving two or three customers at a local bar. Amid growing tension and bystanders' alarm, agents arrived to find some participants exchanging further insults and engaging in brief chases. Working in pairs, police separated the individuals, calmly explained the risks, and directed them to leave separately. The situation resolved peacefully without arrests or injuries shortly after 2pm.

Shortly before 2:15pm, police handled a second altercation on nearby Carrer Callaueta, also at a bar. Two men, reportedly under the influence of alcohol, argued before escalating to pushes and punches, leaving both with injuries including a bloodied face. Two patrol cars attended the scene, where officers separated the pair and issued citations for them to appear at the police station Friday morning. No arrests were made, as the wounds were not considered serious enough to require hospital treatment.

Police have provided no further details on the causes of either dispute or any potential links between the locations.
