Two Bar Fights in Andorra la Vella's Prada Ramon Area Leave Two Men with Minor Injuries

Police in Andorra la Vella responded to two separate bar disputes in the Prada Ramon area on Thursday afternoon, with one escalating to minor injuries for two men.

The first incident unfolded around 2pm on Carrer de la Sardana. Multiple calls to police reported shouts, insults, and shoves among two or three customers at a bar, prompting three patrol cars to converge amid concern from bystanders and passersby in the busy residential and commercial zone. Officers arrived to find some participants still trading insults and engaging in short chases. Working in pairs, agents separated the individuals, patiently explained the risks, and instructed them to leave in different directions. The situation de-escalated peacefully without arrests or injuries shortly after 2pm.

Just before 2:15pm, a second altercation broke out at a bar on nearby Carrer Callaueta. Two men, both under the influence of alcohol according to police, began arguing before exchanging pushes and punches, resulting in minor wounds including a bloodied face for one. Two patrol cars attended, where officers separated the pair and issued citations for them to appear at the station Friday morning. No arrests occurred, as the injuries were not severe enough to warrant hospital treatment or detention.

Police have released no additional information on the causes of the disputes or any connection between the incidents.
