Around 30 lecturers from the University of Andorra (UdA) took part on Friday, February 6, in the 12th edition of the university teaching seminar. This annual gathering, organised by the UdA's Interdisciplinary Research Group in Education (GRIE), brought together faculty to discuss and exchange ideas on improving teaching quality through better learning processes.

This year's event, titled *Emotional Wellbeing in University Teaching*, emphasised the importance of supporting lecturers' emotional health. Sessions explored everyday challenges they face and practical tools for maintaining balance, led by Gemma Filella, professor of Education Sciences and director of the Psychopedagogical Guidance Research Group (GROP) at the University of Lleida.

The afternoon included a theory-practice workshop on *Emotional Wellbeing of University Students*, run by Rúben Coelho, a nursing lecturer and GRIE researcher at the UdA. It covered student issues such as anxiety, stress, dyslexia, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), alongside teaching strategies to respond effectively.

The UdA backs these initiatives with its Inclusivity Plan and two specialised services: the Student and Staff Support Service (SAEP) and the Guidance and Coaching Service (SOC). These address socio-educational and cultural needs, including special educational requirements, disabilities, psychological guidance, and social challenges.
