Open session on 28 February outlines 2026 projects on housing and EU ties, with debates and hybrid

The Youth Forum is hosting a public event on 28 February at the Cultural and Congress Centre in Sant Julià de Lòria, forming part of its 20th Assembly, which spans from 23 February to 8 March.

Open to young people aged 15 to 35, the session will outline the organisation's projects for 2026, with a focus on key areas such as housing and Andorra's Association Agreement with the European Union. The day will feature debate sessions alongside interactive activities, aiming to create an approachable setting where participants can learn about the Forum's work and contribute to its decision-making processes.

The assembly operates in hybrid format, combining in-person attendance with online access to maximise participation. Online voting on the 2025 accounts, the 2026 budget, and a partial renewal of the Permanent Board will take place via forumandorra.com, remaining open until 8 March.

Forum president Lisa Cruz called the event "an open space where any young person can come, listen, learn and take part naturally". Director Anthony Francome emphasised its broader value: it provides an opportunity for young people to meet, share concerns, and feel actively involved in the organisation, inviting them to ask questions, voice disagreements, and recognise their stake in it.

The assembly coincides with leadership changes, as Lisa Cruz steps down from the presidency for personal reasons, along with Guillem Tadeo from the Permanent Board. The Forum has thanked them for their dedication, with Cruz expressing satisfaction at having helped solidify the organisation and confidence in its future direction.
