The Council of Ministers set final prices for school, extracurricular, university and companion passes for 2026-2027, with the extracurricular pass at 183.73 euros after a 114.68 euro subsidy.

Key Points

  • Extracurricular pass costs 183.73 euros after a 114.68 euro Government subsidy, 12 euros more than last season's 171.41 euros.
  • University pass final price is 257.57 euros, while companion passes range from 244.85 euros for under-65s to 78.60 euros for over-70s.
  • Daily school pass is fixed at 13 euros per pupil and monitor hours at 5.70 euros, with the Government covering their full cost.
  • Passes go on sale from 23 October 2026 to 4 April 2027, and university students must apply through the e-Tràmits portal.

The Council of Ministers has approved the tariffs and subsidies that will apply to school, extracurricular, university and companion ski passes for the 2026-2027 season, with the Government committing more than 1.4 million euros in total.

The extracurricular pass will cost users 183.73 euros after a Government subsidy of 114.68 euros, Government spokesperson Guillem Casal announced at the press conference following Wednesday's cabinet meeting. That is 12 euros more than last season, when the pass cost 171.41 euros.

The university pass has been set at a final price of 257.57 euros, backed by a subsidy of 107.83 euros. Companion passes carry a final price of 244.85 euros for those under 65, 97.54 euros for users aged 65 to 69, and 78.60 euros for those over 70. The corresponding subsidies are 272.80 euros, 354.66 euros and 32.75 euros respectively.

All season passes have risen in price compared with last season.

For school skiing, the daily pass has been fixed at 13 euros per pupil and the monitor hour at 5.70 euros. The Government will continue to cover the full cost of school passes and monitoring hours so that pupils across the country can take part in the programme on equal terms. The agreement also retains the specialist monitor for pupils with disabilities, at a rate of 57 euros per hour—a measure introduced last year to ensure children requiring specific attention can join ski activities.

The measure was approved on a proposal from the Minister of Institutional Relations, Education and Universities, Ladislau Baró, and forms part of the collaboration agreement with AERMEHA, the association of Andorran ski lift operators. Its stated aim is to make skiing more accessible to children, young people and residents.

Passes will be on sale from 23 October 2026 to 4 April 2027 through the Grandvalira Resorts online platform, at ticket offices at the ski stations, at the company's stand in the Illa Carlemany shopping centre and at a stand at the Fira d'Andorra la Vella this weekend.

University students and young people who meet the established requirements must submit their applications through the e-Tràmits portal. Resident students studying abroad must also be registered in the Government's school census to qualify for the aid.
