The Andorran Swimming Federation (FAN) has renewed its nearly decade-long sponsorship deal with Andbank while presenting its 2026 sporting plans, centred on qualifying the national team for the 2027 Small States Games in Monaco and the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics.

Federation president Joan Clotet identified five swimmers targeting qualification standards: Kevin Teixeira, holding a solidarity Olympic scholarship from the Andorran Olympic Committee (COA); Biel Cuen, supported by a World Aquatics grant; and Bernat Lomero, Tomàs Lomero, and Patrick Pelegrina. He noted that Teixeira and Cuen are currently training intensively toward these aims.

Technical director Alfonso Maltrana outlined the international schedule, featuring the Comen Cup in Larnaca, European Junior Championships in Munich, and senior European Championships in Paris. For development categories, the federation seeks to place as many under-15 swimmers as possible in the top 10 at key events and boost Andorran participation in Spanish under-18 championships, with a goal of advancing two to four swimmers along the Olympic path. Maltrana also revealed the relaunch of the Andbank Open on 1 May—its sixth edition—with more than 20 clubs from Andorra, Spain, and France. He described it as the nation's premier competition, revitalised by the sponsorship extension.

In artistic swimming, technical director Natàlia Meca highlighted Andorra's entries in the European Children's Championships on 2-3 June in Luxembourg and the European Junior Championships from 30 June to 2 July in Munich. On the domestic front, the Andorran Routines Championships are set for 16-17 May at Serradells, aiming to include up to 10 masters swimmers, alongside the 5th Santa Eulàlia Trophy on 21 March in Encamp.

Clotet thanked Andbank for its pivotal role in driving swimming's development in Andorra and enabling pursuit of major future goals, while praising the masters swimmers' strong form. The event took place at Andbank's headquarters, with representatives including María Suárez from the bank.
