FC Andorra has secured attacker Yeray Cabanzón on loan from Racing de Santander until the end of the 2025-26 season, with a non-obligatory purchase option available in June.

The 22-year-old, born in Isla on 14 May 2003, rose through Racing de Santander's youth system and played for the Cantabrian club in the first half of the current campaign. He even saw brief action in FC Andorra's key win at El Sardinero earlier this season.

Many Tricolors supporters will recall Cabanzón from his 1.5-year stint at Ponferradina in the Bierzo region, where he emerged as a vital squad member. The team faced FC Andorra in last June's Segunda División promotion play-off final, a tough encounter in which the young winger impressed at the Nou Estadi de la FAF.

This signing stems from FC Andorra's keen summer interest in the versatile forward, valued for his ability to unsettle defenders in one-on-one situations, offensive flexibility across positions, and left-footed prowess in open play and dead-ball scenarios. The loan arrangement leaves room for a potential longer-term commitment.
