Andorra's electricity distributors have agreed to update reference rates for fast-charging electric vehicles on public roads, with changes taking effect from 1 January 2026.
The deal, reached between FEDA, Nord Andorrà, Sercensa, Mútua Elèctrica, and the Comú d'Ordino, raises the per-minute fee by two cents—from €0.26 to €0.28—and lifts the maximum charge cap from €40 to €42.
These adjustments cover all fast-charging sessions on public streets, including those made via the FEDA Solucions key, the Mou-te amb elèctric app, or free charging without either system. Standard public chargers remain unaffected, with their current rates staying in place.
The agreement reflects a coordinated review among the operators active across the country, targeting only accelerated charging points to account for the updated pricing structure. No further changes to other public charging tariffs are planned at this stage.
