The Council of Ministers has approved contracts worth over €5 million for key infrastructure projects, including the final sections of the Massana–Ordino bypass, a new wildlife recovery centre in Canillo, repairs to a CG-4 retaining wall, and enhancements to a greenway path.

Territory and Urbanism Minister Raül Ferré proposed the €3,833,456.02 contract for sectors 1 and 2 of tram 5 of the bypass, awarded to the UTE Desviació Massana tram 5 joint venture—comprising Pidasa and Progec at 50% each. This 240-metre stretch links the CG-3 roundabout to the Bombers bridge, with completion set for 2027. Officials expect it to cut urban traffic in Massana by up to 72%, boost safety for pedestrians, drivers and passengers, and reduce CO₂ emissions in the parish centre by an estimated 45%.

Construction advances on track elsewhere: tram 2 (610 metres) from the CG-3 bend to Serra de l'Honor nears completion; tram 3 (500 metres) spans the Valira del Nord river to the Palanques area, offering access to central Massana near the communal building; and tram 5.3 proceeds between the Bombers and Palanques bridges under Farga Rossell.

Environment, Agriculture and Livestock Minister Guillem Casal highlighted the €962,866.80 contract awarded to Construccions Roca for a new wildlife recovery centre near the Molleres bridge in Canillo, declared a project of national interest. The 10-month build relocates the current facility from Santa Coloma to better support treatment, rehabilitation and release of injured species. Features include a 108-square-metre ground floor with operating theatre, treatment room, quarantine, ICU, necropsies, changing rooms, toilets and kitchen; a 102-square-metre first-floor storeroom; two 54-square-metre recovery cubicles; enclosures for mammals and birds; and spaces for fauna health monitoring under Andorra's Fauna Health Surveillance Plan. The final cost exceeds the initial €735,700 estimate from the October tender.

Treballs Públics La Coma secured a €247,775.80 contract for a 140-metre CG-4 retaining wall repair at kilometre 4 between Xixerella and Pal. The 1.5-month project rebuilds the wall and adds a wooden-and-metal safety barrier to enhance road safety.

Construccions i Treballs Públics La Coma also won €249,775.02 to improve the greenway between Meritxell and Prats in phase two of the Green Infrastructure Sector Plan (PSIVA) from Encamp to Canillo, Incles and Envalira. Works restore stone paving using dry-stone methods, rehabilitate side walls, add PSIVA wooden signage totems, upgrade rainwater drainage with pipes and channels, and coordinate with the Cultural Heritage department and Canillo commune.
