Key Points
- Cadí Tunnel toll up 2.82% to 14.56 euros.

Driving from Andorra to Barcelona in a private vehicle will become more expensive starting 1 January 2026, when new toll rates announced by the Generalitat de Catalunya take effect.
The fastest route, via the Cadí Tunnel, will cost nearly 25 euros in tolls alone. That figure could climb to 30 euros if drivers enter Barcelona through the Vallvidrera Tunnels.
One of the sharpest increases hits the C-16 motorway stretch between Terrassa and Manresa. On weekends and holidays—when no discounts apply—the maximum toll for cars at the Sant Vicenç de Castellet and Castellbell trunk barrier will reach 9.76 euros, up 28 cents from the 9.48 euros charged in 2025.
The Cadí Tunnel toll for passenger cars, which topped 14 euros for the first time this year, will rise another 2.82% to 14.56 euros—an increase of 40 cents.
Access to Barcelona via the Vallvidrera Tunnels faces a 3% hike, pushing the price to 5.28 euros.
These adjustments cement the route as the quickest link between Andorra and the Catalan capital, but also among the priciest for motorists.
