Andorra Bus Drivers Filmed Using Phones on Snowy L4 Route

Passengers on Andorra's L4 bus line, which links Andorra la Vella with Pas de la Casa, have raised serious concerns over reckless driving by some operators. Riders report witnessing drivers using mobile phones while the vehicles are in motion, creating a hazardous environment on the route.

In footage shared with *Altaveu*, one driver is seen steering with one hand while filming videos or taking photos of the snowy landscape outside with the other. The incident highlights the need for heightened vigilance, given the winter road conditions blanketing the area in snow. "This isn't the first time," passengers noted, expressing fear over the drivers' conduct.

Users described the behaviour as alarming and dangerous, with one stating it makes them anxious about the operators' poor practices. They also complained that "good drivers" are being removed from service, leaving them with those engaging in such risks.

Attempts to alert Coopalsa, the transport company running the service, have yielded no response or action, according to the affected passengers. "They haven't done anything about it," one rider said. The lack of follow-up has only amplified frustrations among regular commuters on this key national line.
