Industry figures hailed the results as a welcome turnaround. One representative noted that "everyone is content" after breaking a negative streak of three years.

December capped the strong performance with 484 registrations, a 12% rise from 432—or 52 more—the prior December. This included 323 new vehicles and 161 imported used ones. Passenger cars surged 20.2% to 387 from 322. Trucks and vans climbed 27.8% to 46 from 36. Other categories rose 20%, while motorcycles and mopeds dropped 39.1% to 39 from 64.

In December, diesels gained 20%, petrol fell 9.6%, and hybrids totaled 158 units—64 more than the year before. Full electrics dipped to 19, down five units. Non-fuel vehicles remained steady at nine.
