The Carrer de la Molina in Encamp has reopened to traffic following the completion of underground infrastructure upgrades, the local council announced.
The works modernised the wastewater network and installed a new stormwater drainage system with increased capacity, aimed at enhancing the area's hydraulic infrastructure. The project proceeded on schedule, allowing the street to resume normal use.
Several bus stops are now operational again, including Riu Blanc (208), Prada de Moles (218), and Ràdio Andorra (241). The La Molina stop (206) has relocated to the entrance of the communal car park at Parc de l'Ossa.
Traffic arrangements in the area have changed. The section between the Parc de l'Ossa car park and Avinguda de Joan Martí now operates one-way, while the stretch from the car park to Avinguda Príncep Benlloch remains two-way. Access to Carrer de la Molina from the avenue is prohibited, and left turns onto the avenue are allowed only from Carrer de la Vena.
Further works will begin tomorrow in the Mola area as part of the broader infrastructure improvements for the sector.
