On Monday at about 5 p.m., Mossos d'Esquadra intercepted an Andorran-registered vehicle on the C-14 at Ciutadilla, in the Urgell area, after detecting it was traveling at 200 km/h on a stretch where the limit is 90 km/h — 110 km/h over the permitted speed.
