Minor Crashes Close Andorra Roads in La Massana and Canillo

A minor traffic accident involving three Spanish-registered cars and an Andorran coach led to a temporary closure of the CG-4 road in Pal, La Massana parish, this morning.

The collision happened around 10:30 a.m., with two of the cars losing control slightly, colliding, and becoming wedged across the road toward Erts. Local traffic services reported only material damage, with no injuries. Officers closed the section as a precaution while clearing the scene. By late morning, the coach and the third car had departed, and authorities were awaiting tow trucks to remove the two damaged vehicles and fully reopen the route.

In Canillo parish, emergency services handled two separate minor incidents this morning. Firefighters first responded to a low-impact rear-end collision, where the vehicle's automatic system alerted responders; only property damage occurred.

Shortly before 9 a.m., a single car lost control near the Tarter roundabout on the CG-2 and crashed into a protective barrier. Despite the dramatic impact amid accumulating snow, no injuries were initially reported. Firefighters, police, and Canillo traffic officers attended, with Andorra's Mobility service managing traffic and activating the yellow phase due to road snow buildup. The incident involved only material damage to the vehicle.
