Applications run from March 5 to April 27 via online portal for eligible students outside public routes;

Applications for school transport passes for the 2026-2027 academic year opened on Thursday, March 5, and will close on Monday, April 27. Requests must be submitted online through the portal at www.e-tramits.ad.

The service targets students in early childhood education, primary school, secondary education—from one kilometre from their school—and post-compulsory bachillerato or vocational training whose residences lie outside national public transport routes. The government published details this morning in the *Butlletí Oficial del Principat d'Andorra* (BOPA).

This year's application window is shorter than in previous years to give the School Transport Service more time to organise routes. Planners must address requirements such as buses with platforms, specialised escorts, internal systems for vehicle geolocation, and other needs.

Fees have risen 2.7% in line with the IPC recorded at the end of 2025. A single daily trip now costs €106.34, up from €103.54, while two trips are €212.68, previously €207.08. The government covers 84.09% of the full per-student cost of €1,336.98 through Green Fund measures under the Law on the Promotion of Energy Transition and Climate Change (Litecc).

Students receiving the full transport grant for 2025-2026 can renew it for the coming year without upfront payment, as in prior years.
