Andorra Median Salary Hits €2,165 in Feb 2026, Up 5.8% YoY

Andorra's median salary reached 2.165,76 euros in February 2026, marking a 5,8% rise from the previous year, according to figures from the Department of Statistics. This level means half of all salaried workers earned less than that amount during the month, while the other half earned more.

The average salary declared to the CASS totalled 2.724,35 euros for the same period, up 6,3% year-on-year. The gap between the two metrics highlights uneven pay distribution, with the median equating to 79,5% of the average.

Employment grew modestly, with 48.936 salaried workers recorded in February, a 1,6% increase from 48.144 the year before. Total wage mass climbed 8% to 133,32 million euros.

Sector trends showed the strongest median salary gains in hospitality, at 6,7%, and other social activities and personal services, at 6,5%. Only the energy production and distribution sector saw a slight drop of 0,3%. On employment, the largest rises occurred in energy production and distribution, exceeding 12%, and real estate and business services, up 6,6%. Hospitality employment fell 4,2%.

For the first two months of 2026, the median salary averaged 2.180,21 euros, a 5,4% gain compared to 2025. Over the past 12 months, it stood at 2.154,58 euros, up 4,8%. Preliminary March data suggest the median could hit 2.223,20 euros, implying a 4,8% annual increase.
