Andorra Telecom has upgraded routers for 75% of its customers, enabling them to access the country's maximum available internet speeds. Of the 14,615 clients with older equipment, 11,074 have received the new devices, leaving 3,541 still pending the change.

The operator is urging remaining users to update promptly, noting that the new routers deliver more stable and efficient performance even with multiple devices connected at once in homes and businesses. This supports high-demand services such as streaming platforms, online gaming and remote work.

Company representatives highlight that the upgrade ensures compatibility with upcoming digital services and features requiring advanced connectivity. Without it, customers risk suboptimal speeds and reliability amid rising numbers of simultaneous connections.

Customers can request a free replacement in person at Andorra Telecom's shop, online or by calling 115. The service includes home delivery of the new router.
