Andorra Telecom has launched Wifi Total FTTR, a service designed to deliver optical fiber connectivity to every room in homes and businesses facing WiFi coverage challenges.
Introduced on Tuesday, the Fiber to the Room (FTTR) solution deploys discreet indoor microfibra cables and professionally installed nodes connected directly to the main equipment. This approach provides stable WiFi in areas such as bedrooms, offices, indoor terraces, meeting rooms, and customer service zones, bypassing the limitations of traditional repeaters that rely on amplified signals.
The offering begins with a site-specific coverage study to determine node placement. It addresses properties with complex layouts, multi-user households managing streaming, gaming, video calls, and remote work simultaneously, as well as freelancers and businesses requiring consistent connections across consulting rooms, classrooms, or public areas.
David Baró, Andorra Telecom's Client Director, stated that the service ensures a quality digital experience in any space by bringing fiber closer to points of use, allowing families and companies to fully leverage their networks.
