The Andorran Hoteliers' Union (UHA) has signed a collaboration agreement with RATIONAL Ibérica to introduce cutting-edge cooking solutions to hospitality and restaurant professionals across the Principat.
The deal enables UHA members to explore RATIONAL's technologies firsthand, including tools aimed at enhancing efficiency, productivity, and consistent quality in professional kitchens. Through the partnership, affiliates can discover ways to optimize workflows, address rising demands for productivity, sustainability, and efficient resource use.
As part of the initiative, RATIONAL will organize three hands-on demonstration sessions featuring its latest iCombi Pro and iVario Pro systems. These events, designed for sector professionals, are set for 22 September, 25 November, and 9 December, where attendees will learn practical applications to improve kitchen performance and production processes.
